VALL Spring 2026

WELCOME TO VALL 2026 SPRING SEASON!

Please review the following before you register. Gathering the documents ahead of time will make your registration process go smoothly. Documents must be uploaded as soon as possible or turned in at one of our Player Assessment Sessions - January 10th or January 17th - at Sports Park, from 8:30am-2:00pm.

IS VALL OUR LEAGUE?

You may check to see if your HOME or SCHOOL address is within VALL's boundaries at LITTLE LEAGUE FINDER. If either your HOME or SCHOOL address is within VALL's boundaries, then you may register for our league. If you find your home and school address are in a different league and you still would like to be a part of VALL, please send an email to our Player Agents, Ashley Smith & Ashley Floyd, at [email protected] before you register.

If you will be using your player's SCHOOL address for boundary verification, please download the SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM and upload the completed form to your player's account. Our league number is 405-28-10.

AGE VERIFICATION:

Please also upload your child’s original Birth Certificate for age verification (no photocopies, please).

PROOF OF RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS, IF USING HOME ADDRESS FOR BOUNDARY VERIFICATION:

If you are within VALL's boundaries, documentation is REQUIRED in order to qualify. Documentation must show your name and address within the VALL boundaries.

Please upload 3 proofs of residence, 1 from each of the following 3 groups:

Group 1: Drivers License (sorry, no passports), School Records, Vehicle Records (Registration, Lease, etc.), Employment Records, Insurance Documents

Group 2: Welfare/Childcare Records, Federal Records (Taxes, Social Security, etc), State Records, Local/Municipal Records, Support Payment Records, Homeowner or Tenant Records, Military Records

Group 3: Voter’s Registration, Utility Bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Phone, Heating, Waste),

MANDATORY SNACK BAR BUYOUT FEE: $50 for single player / $75 for family

The Snack Bar Buy Out fee is a mandatory fee, separate from the registration fee. This money is used towards operating VALL's snack bar and allows family members of players to watch the games instead of working hours in the snack bar.

PRACTICE AND GAME SCHEDULE

Pre-season practices are twice a week on weekdays and will start between 5:00-7:30, depending on the division. During the season, for lower divisions, practice drops to once a week and games are scheduled for twice a week - one weekday game and one Saturday game . Upper divisions may have up to 2 practices a week, along with two games (one weekday and one on Saturday).

AAA/Majors, Intermediate & Juniors:

Players need to attend 1 assessment at Sports Park fields on one of the following dates -

January 10th, Saturday

8:30am 9 & 10 year olds

10:30am 11 & 12 year olds

1:00pm 13 & 14 year olds

January 17th, Saturday

8:30am 9 & 10 year olds

10:30am 11 & 12 year olds

1:00pm 13 & 14 year olds

If your player was already in VALL Majors during Spring 2025, they do not need to attend an assessment to be drafted into a team. They will be placed on the same Spring 2025 team for Spring 2026. For Majors players who do not want to rejoin the same team as Spring 2025, please contact our at [email protected] for details on this process.

As an all volunteer organization, our amazing baseball community couldn’t exist without you! Through Little League baseball, you would be a hero to our kids – building their skills and characters and giving them the safe, fun environment to create and share friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

If you’re interested in learning more, please complete a volunteer application upon registering your player. You will need to upload a picture of your current driver's license.

**Manager Interviews will take place the first week of December and will be mandatory.** Time and Place to be announced at a later date.

BACKGROUND CHECK AND ABUSE AWARENESS TRAINING IS NEEDED FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS - BOARD MEMBERS, MANAGER/COACHES, TEAM PARENTS

Once the volunteer application is complete, you will receive an email with a link from JDP (the company that performs the background checks) to complete your background check. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder as it may have been sent there instead. The Abuse Awareness Training can be found HERE.
