VALL Local Rules

VALL Local Rules are updated seasonally and may not be the same as previous years' provisions. To ensure proper compliance, it's best to refer to the current local rules as listed here. Wherever a specific rule is not addressed herein, authority defers to the current year's Little League Green Book. If you do not have a copy of the Green Book and need to resolve regulations, rules, or operating policies questions not otherwise addressed, please seek out the Board Member on Duty presently at the park or facility at which your game is being played.
